In the product details page, the tab of "ask a question", when you send the question, shows a full width strange view and the close button doesn´t work

I try on your demo website and it works fine there, What could be the problem?

I attach two captures with the ask a question form and the second view that is the problem

The returned reply should appear in a facebox popup

This is all SEF urls related - have alerted the development team to this and the other post and they will action this asap..

Hmmm - have you the latest version of Puremart?

Your code is different from mine ..

You can fix the issue by removing some code as below in
templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default_askquestionform.php around lines 78

remove the line

this will prevent the above problem - but if you are eligable for updates please do so
