hi, when a user inserts data in the "subscribe" button and presses the submit button he is directed to a 403 page "COM_VIRTUEMART_ACCESS_FORBIDDEN".
also, how can i change the red colour on the background of the popup?
it seems to appear also in other popups regardless to virtuemart.

Also, how will i make it show 2 or 3 categories per line,just the categories.Regarding to the products i have chosen flex2list.What do i have to put in the configuration.

Hi Giannis,

I have tried registering on your site and as you say a 403 is returned by the server.
Have checked the _POST sent after the registration is sent and it is completely normal - i.e Standard VM registration _POST.

You should try with a standard VM default template but I think you will get the same result - I think this is a server security issue (perhaps php security mod) and that you should check with your host to see if they can throw any light on this.

Even a simple post from your login form gives a very odd server response - 303

HTTP Error 303 See other Explained

Please check with your host as to why you recieve these response to what are standard Joomla/Virtuemart calls.

Have you switched to a std Beez/VM sdefault and proved the registration?

everything works ok on
but now on the 403 - COM_VIRTUEMART_ACCESS_FORBIDDEN appears. Both sites are from the same provider and so i wouldn't think that it is a server issue.
yes i used the default beez template and it is still not working

also, the "agree to the terms" at the end of the checkout, top down under the message in miracoli just works great with a "check mark" but on timesbomba doesn't work and appears an "x" everytime i try to agree.i don't know if the 2 issues are connected but on the beez template it works regarding to the agreement

Please can you test with Puremart completely disabled.
To do this just rename the folder

ROOT/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart

to

ROOT/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart2

Then please recheck your registration process or let me know and i will check it.

in www.miracoli.com.gr it works ok
in www. timesbomba.gr is the problem. Both are from the same provider
if i rename to com_virtuemart to com_virtuemart2 --> 500 - Layout "flexv2multi" not found

Sorry - if your using over-rides set them off as well in Configuration->Templates

no, sorry, i rerefreshed and the user data appears ok. The problem still remain though 403 - COM_VIRTUEMART_ACCESS_FORBIDDEN.

I just had a look at miracoli.com.gr - it appears that it is using Puremart ? is that correct? Same versions? And it works perfectly -
If that is the case then how can it be our template causing the problem?
