If you check this link you can observe, that if you click the "Register and Checkout" button ("Registrar y comprar" in spanish) the opened form doesn´t load the State/Province/Region and the calendar to choose the date of birth:

First of all, make sure both Virtuemart and virtuemart AIO are VM2.0.18a (which is the latest version for both components).

Then Open VM Configuration, then click "Templates" TAB, scroll down. Look at the screenshot. Make sure all of them are "checked".





Especially, "Using the VirtueMart jQuery" and "Use external google jQuery library". Virtuemart requires jQuery to run properly.

Your website is missing the jQuery library in the "checkout page" this is why it fails to load the states.

If your website is having Query conflict issue after enabling those options, then try the "jQuery easy" plugin (extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327). This plugin will help you to resolve the jQuery issues. (make sure to choose jQuery1.6 in the plugin parameter after installing the "jquery easy".
