How to make Featured Products and Top Ten Products like in a demo?

Hi,

The "featured" and "top10" product layouts you see in our DEMO are not modules.They are part of Virtuemart Frontpage.
If you browse your Virtuemart Frontpage. You will see they are listed as same as our DEMO. The screenshot you have provided are belong to Module.

Our VM Template doesn't have any affects over Virtuemart Modules. It is effective in Virtuemart Components only.
To reach your Virtuemart Frontpage, type this URL:

JoomlaROOT/index.php?option=com_virtuemart

Or define a new menu item through your "menu manager" and set its destination to "VM Frontpage" like this one:
