I have no idea what happened here. The images used to work, and enlarge. But now, nothing. I only get one image in the scroller and the enlarge image link doesn't work. I've switch the template from Flexv2 to default, and the layout changes and the other images show up in the scroll box, but it's not the template we want to use, and the enlarge image link still does not work.

Can you please assist?

first thing - scripts don't just stop or rewrite themselves so something on the site must have changed..

Have you updated VM etc?

I'm seeing a JS error TypeError: jQuery(...).facebox is not a function

can you try with jqueryeasy plugin - although only one jquery is being loaded...

I did exactly what you said, Updated Joomla, and VM as well as the plug-in. Still having the same issues.

• Enlarge Image link does not work

are you on vm2.0.22?

even though VM have assured everyone that this update will affect nothing it does seem they have made some sort of change to the JS..

It could be related to problems we had with lightmart

did u try the jqueryeasy plugin ?

Yep, just upgrade an hour ago to 2.0.22a. The jqueryeasy plugin is installed and settings set as you instructed. I switch from the FlexV2 Template in Virtuemart to Default, and I can then see three images. But I want to use yours.

I got a couple more images to show up now. But it doesn't scroll or show more than 3 images. Can you help please? It seems to be the flexv2.php file in /templates/gk_mystore/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails

and the Enlarge images link still doesn't work.

I'm really hoping support improves...

I think i have provided this solution in one the of the previous posts.
Probably in the "Problem after upgrading to VM2.0.22"

Here is the problem: In VM2.0.22, virtuemart gives us the opportunity to choose either to use facebox or fancybox for modal popup (they sound similar but they are completely different plugins). There is a setting in the Virtuemart Configuration to pick one. Previously, there was no such thing. Virtuemart was loading both of the plugins all the time.

The point is, we all love the facebox more. Which is actually the best way to create modal popups, fancybox isn't that much fancy at all :D therefore all the VM Template in flexiblewebdesign.com have been developed by using "facebox" modal popup.

Anyway, long story short, the solution is:

Open the Virtuemart Configuration > Template scroll down the page and disable the 1st option "Use Fancybox"



After disabling this option, your Virtuemart will start loading "Facebox" plugin in the website to run the modal Box, so the jQuery Conflict issue will be gone. Everything will start working just fine.

hmm that's weird. Because as i am seeing in your website (through source codes).
Your website doesn't load "facebox" plugin at all, which is only possible if you enable the "load fancybox" option. Maybe there is an another option for it..

In the worst-case scenario, i will manually load the "facebox" plugin. Because i am 99.9% sure that the problem was caused by missing "facebox" plugin.
