I would like to delete the fields under Account details or Order as Guest in this page..

How should I proceed?

Your in the wrong section of the forum - looks like you have the puremart template to me..

but anyway - this is a std VM file

components/com_virtuemart/views/user/tmpl/edit.php

comment out line 87

#echo $this->loadTemplate ( 'shopper' );

also line 57 if you don't want the heading

#echo JText::_('COM_VIRTUEMART_YOUR_ACCOUNT_REG');
