Hi

not displayed shipment method

clean installed from QuickStart
nothing more plugins/modules installed
all settings come from QuickStart (SEF OFF, cash off)
"Flexible VM2 Template" plugin : Hide shipping rates "Yes"
local Apache server, PHP 5.5

Joomla 2.5.19 Virtuemart 2.6 / StyleMart 1.0

What i do:

- Add product to cart
- Open the shopping cart
- Login (or provide address through guest checkout) (if not provide address - displayed shipment method !!!!)
- Select shipment method

attempted, but have no luck:

1. edit file /templates/flexible_stylemart/html/com_virtuemart/cart/default_pricelist.php

look for this line:
$SelectShippingAjax = "jQuery('#selectshippingContent').load('". JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart&tmpl=component&task=edit_shipment',$this->useXHTML) ." #shipmentForm')";
 
and replace it with this:
$SelectShippingAjax = "jQuery('#selectshippingContent').load('". JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart&tmpl=component&task=edit_shipment',$this->useXHTML) ."')";

What happens if you DISABLE the "Hide shipping rates from anonymous" through Plugin Parameters?

I have seen this problem before. It should work just fine after you disable that option.
We have used a special method to figure out if the user has provided any shipping address. If the parameter of "Hide shipping rates from anonymous users" is enabled, this method is being run to figure out if the user has provided any shipping address or not.

(this method is not just checking if the user is logged in or not. Because users can still provide shipping address without being logged in -- Guest Checkout)

But in some servers this method doesn't work properly and throws an error (if you check your php_logs probably you will see the PHP error message in there). This is actually why we put that parameter in the plugin. If the method doesn't work on your server, then simply disable this option.
