Hello.
I have discovered that the version of Unite Revolution Slider installed with SportMart is 4.6 from August 2012.

On Unite CMS the newest version is 5.0 from Jul 18. 2017.

Is it possible to update Revolution Slider to newest version?

Unfortunately no, we don't provide update packages for additional 3rd party components bundled with our templates.
You have to get the revolution slider from its original source and upload it your Joomla for upgrading.
