Actually the better way is to use the "Rich Snippet" (itemscope). See for more info:
developers.google.com/structured-data/rich-snippets/reviews#wzxhzdk2reviewwzxhzdk3_type_definition

So, you won't need to highlight manually via Google Webmaster Console, but Google will automatically grab those reviews and the rating stars.

I must say; this is beyond the scope of a template. It is SEO work. But of course it is nice to have this kind of implementation in our template though, so our templates will be (probably) the first template to include this feature. I am adding this request to to-do list for future release of CleanMart.
