When a product is added to the shopping cart, the off-canvas cart slides on and the product thumb flies to the cart but is not visible in the cart it self. It's only visible in the off-canvas cart when you refresh the page.

When you navigate to the one-page checkout the item is added to cart.

When a product is added to cart, the AJAX request runs, but this request returns faulty JSON response on this URL:
gitaarbouwwinkel.nl/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&nosef=1&view=cart&task=viewJS&format=json&lang=en

The response includes some PHP Error Messages up top, which breaks the JSON format. In conclusions, shopping cart can't show the added product in the cart.

The error messages are:

once you resolve those errros, everything will start working just fine. The problematic plugin is this: plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php, but the thing is, this plugin is a Joomla Core Plugin, so it shouldn't generate any error message (unless you made some coding changes in it)....weird.

Alternatively you can set the "Error Reporting" to "None" from the Joomla Global Configuration (which basically will hide those messages and JSON format won't be broken)
