Actually there is a redundancy in the "Please wait while redirecting to PayPal" notification messages. There are 2 of them. The second one (floated to left) is not necessary and should be removed. By the way, both of them are generated there by Virtuemart Core... but the fix is easy.

Open this CSS file: /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/custom.css (or practically any CSS file that gets loaded on your website)

and insert this rule:
the 2nd message (on the left-hand-side) will be gone.
