Please FLEXIBLE... You have to tell your customers that you can not support within your promising time...

Just write a general topic... and tell us not waiting... so we can try with other vm template companies...

We have to imform our customer too...

Hi,

In our policy, we say: "We will return to support inquires within 2 business days".. You are right, it has been almost one and half week and we couldn't manage to resolve all issues in the forum (but today, all forum topics will be answered).. But there is a reason why we couldn't take a look at the forum.. we have been working on updating our templates/extension and make them compatible with VM3.0.12, which automatically resolves almost 75% of the topics in the forum..

But on the other hand, we also say: "We provide free support within 6-months of the purchase day, if you want to extend it, you should purchase license upgrade" (which also includes YOU!, because as i am seeing you purchased SportMart more than 6 months ago). But we never follow this policy in real life. We provide free support regardless of the purchase day. Indeed i just responded to a client who purchased a template from us around 3 years ago..

-- Maybe this is why we are having man-power issues in some rush periods (such as last week), .. Maybe we shouldn't do it and stop providing free support if the client purchase the extension more than 6 months ago and refuses to purchase license upgrade option.

Sorry, but I have an order number 71397 and a purchase date Thursday 17 September 2015, is that more than 6 months ???.....

Maybe I am wrong, anyway, if you want to help me just do it.

Please check your orders, it is very important for us too...

it is my mistake, looks like i have misspelled your account while looking at it.... But that's not the point. Even though you purchased more than 2 years ago, you would get your free-support.

I am currently looking all the "unanswered topic" in the forum. If you have a one, i will post a reply for it within 1-2 hours (max.)
