Probably because you tried to put "index.html" to root for testing; then clicked SAVE once in the Template Manager page, which corrupts the template config file. (config file got back to official T3 config file, because your new settings couldn't be saved due to not working AJAX because of index.html)
I fixed the problem on your website. The problem was;
- On "Template Manager >> Layout" tab
- The "bottom" should be 1 grid and should include the "bottom-1" module position.
The "bottom" module position is a "spotlight", it means: you can increase the grid count up to 6. By default it should 1 (with the module name: bottom-1). Yours had 6 grids before i fixed, so the actual module has shrunk to the left side (because there were 5 empty slots on the right-hand side)
While you are editing the "Template Manager >> Layout"; it is so easy to mess up the layout if you have no experience on using T3 Framework. So i recommend you to BACKUP the default layout first.
