Refund Policy

Flexiblewebdesign.com sells digital goods, provides software customization and development services.
Services rendered by flexiblewebdesign.com are not refundable as their payments are made after the completion of a task, milestone, or project and with the consent and approval of the customer.
Refund is applicable on digital goods only.
All digital goods are refundable if they have been recorded by our system as never downloaded by the customer.
Digital goods once recorded as downloaded by our system may not be refundable. We provide refund only when there is an unsolvable bug. In this case; the granted license will be canceled.
If there is a bug/malfunction on your website (PHP Error, jQuery conflict etc..) that is caused directly by the downloaded digital good; before asking for refund, you must create a ticket on our forum and give us a chance to fix it.
In case of dispute over the functionality of the downloaded digital good, the screen-shots and the Live Demo of the associated digital good on http://demo.flexiblewebdesign.com will be used as a reference.
In case the bug/malfunction is caused directly by the downloaded digital good,Flexiblewebdesign.com will;
- Provide free-support to fix themalfunction on the customer's website at earliest convenience.
- Provide an updated version of the product with the broken functionality fixed.
- Offer refund if the bug/malfunction is unsolvable(in this case, the granted license will be canceled)

If other 3rd party extensions or own modifications (i.e. in templates, layouts, components, plugins) are involved in the malfunction.
If your system does not meet the stated requirements of the downloaded digital good (joomla or virtuemart versions).
If your system is not properly setup and showing Error messages, notices, etc.. even our product is disabled/unpublished.

Flexiblewebdesign.com reserves the right to change, update or modify the refund policy from time to time without prior notice.
