Is it possible with this theme to list the categories? On www.forratschocolates.ca.php54-2.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com on HOME page I used a VM Category Wall. I would like it to be consistent with the one on SHOP menu.

Using VM - Categories module is one option to list categories.
Another option is to use Virtuemart Frontpage as your website homepage.

It's URL is this: www.forratschocolates.ca.php54-2.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart

It also has some other elements such as; featured product, latest product, etc..

You can disable them through Virtuemart Configuration:

Then you should use "VM Category Module" for this purpose.

Virtuemart comes with an official "VM Category" module, you don't like it's style, then you can search on google.com for alternatives, because there are many other 3rd party VM Category Modules.
