Hi,
It is because the native resolution of thumbnails are 90x90 in your website.
So, the thumbnails can't be larger than 90x90 pixel. (can be smaller, but can't be larger)
What you need to is, re-generate the Virtuemart product thumbnail with some larger size. I don't know. Something like 200x200, which ever works for you.
To re-generate the virtuemart product thumbnails with some larger pixel values, follow my suggestion:
- Open
VM Configuration >> Templates
- And do this changes:
Attachment Pasted_Image_6_9_14__4_04_PM.png not found
When you change those values, you won’t see the affects in the front-end right away, because your thumbnails were already generated based on old dimensions. To re-generate the thumbnail based on the new pixel values, rename this folder:
yourdomain.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/
to
yourdomain.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized2/
Then re-visit your website front-end, you will see that
/resized/ folder is re-created and the thumbnail are re-generated with the new dimensions you have entered.
(you might completely remove the
/resized/ folder instead of renaming it, but it is good to rename, because if things won't work as expected, then you can simply rename it back to original states)
