I heared about you and saw your topics, conversations and generally all the good work that you provide to your clients.
I didn't buy my template from here but i come to you with a serious virtuemart problem that i'm dealing with at my website and hope after viewed the topics in here that you can help.
Before i begin my template is Joomla Engine 3.4.x + Virtuemart Engine 3.0 (fully responsive theme).

My problem is :
1st problem

When a shopper visit lapop.gr and is not a registered user (this means he is a guest user) , when he reach Checkout page "Bill to Information" must be filled by him while they are empty cause he hasn't an account to login so the fields be autofilled. That's completely fine. What is not fine is that guest members can edit their "Bill to / Ship to Informations" while registered members, at checkout page, when they are going to "edit their bill to / ship to info" and press the specific link (photo 1) an error occurs. The user is auto redirected from the Checkout page to the index page of the website (lapop.gr) and after the second banner a frame shows up (photo 2) that says "ERROR - You do not have the authority to view this resource". How can it be possible ? A registered user must have the authority to change his information . Probably it's a database error, i don't know.
*Also another thing is that when the guest member is at checkout page and goes to fill his "Bill to information" (photo 3) a "shipment" that i want to vanish is there.
