Ive had a browse around the forums and im not sure if im doing something wrong or not.

I have attached my website below to a product with zoom feature.

its probably a simple edit I need to make however i want the zoom effect larger like the demo version how it has a small/medium image (similar to my website) and then the zoom blows the image very big in the zoom box.

to have a zoom effect you have to have a large image to show -

your image /websites/betacraft/images/stories/virtuemart/product/jacket-new3.png is just 400px square so what's to zoom???
It is showing it but it can't "enlarge" it for you...

put a large image as your product image...

But how can I make the product image smaller when previewing.

so when i go on the page it doesnt show a massive 1600px photo..

I want to display an image say 400px on the page, but when you go to zoom it blows upto 1600px.

the page image will automatically resize to what ever the width of the div is - we thought of everything... ;)

the image in your case is set by

I cant seem to get this working.

ive found main-image div in the virtuemart-ltr.css and changed that but it still stays the same.

I don't know what your trying to do - just upload a large image - everything else works automatically...

First of all, I have noticed in your website's that, you haven't "published" the Zoom Effect Module in your website at all.

Open your Joomla Module Manager, find the Zoom Effect module and choose a proper Module Position THAT YOU ARE 100% SURE IT IS EXIST AND DEFINED in your joomla template. There are several module positions but not all of them are exist in the joomla templates you are currently using. For the simplicity, you can choose "breadcrumbs" or "footer". Usually all joomla templates have those module positions defined.
