I am sorry that you have been trying to reach us for 2 days. The reason of your delay is; the person who takes care the forum is different than who takes care the support emails.
So opening a forum ticket here and saying "i have sent the information to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." won't give you any answer in this forum, because it is not descriptive enough.
