Hi,
I installed VM3 Template - CleanMart 3.9.7. In VirtueMart category configuration all categories have the same parameters. But in front-end - category page - some categories are visualized with VirtueMart default template instead of CleanMart template.
You can see the configuration of all categories in "Immagine.jpg".
This category is ok www.katuma.it/negozio/enogastronomia/farine
See "Immagine3.jpg"
This category is wrong (default template): www.katuma.it/negozio/enogastronomia/caramelle
See "Immagine2.jpg"
I don't know how to solve this problem, then all configurations are exactly the same in every category.

There is one more place you need to check.

If you create "menu items" for categories, you should check those category menu-items as well. See the screenshot:
