I have a few problems after installing Clean Mart
1. Check the search icon on top right at:
www.medmantra.com/index.php/estore
There is misalignment if you compara with:
www.medmantra.com

2. I changed the default number of products and categories to be shown to 5 from 3 and deleted all caches, still it is showing 3 per row.

3. Each product appears very big and there is no hover effect.

4. I followed the instructions to chnage number of products to be displayed in product page, but could not find the mentioned code (I checked for code for all versions of VM).

Let me go over your bullet-points one-by one.

1- To fix this problem. Open this CSS file:
www.medmantra.com/templates/medicalmantra/html/com_virtuemart/assets/css/flexible.css

Scroll to the bottom and include these CSS rules:

2- You probably have "override" for categories and this overridings are forcing categories to have 3 products per row. You need to disable that "override" first, so what ever you set via "Virtuemart Configuration >> Templates" will be effective. To eliminate this overriding, see this PDF: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/media/tutorials/cleanmart_v3.pdf and see the page#8 (do what it says in the bullet number 7, put ZERO to all fields and click SAVE. Do this for all categories one by one)

3) I suppose you are talking about "product details page". Your website is using very large width (there is no sidebar on left or right). So, there is too much space in the content area. There must be size difference between thumbnail and the product picture. ZoomEffect doesn't virtually enlarge the pictures (to avoid quality loses and pixelation), instead, it uses the "Original Product Picture" as reference to zoom the Thumbnail on product details page... But on your website, the Thumbnail of Product Picture is as same as the Original Product Picture.. thus it is impossible to zoom.

4) I didn't understand what you meant, "changed the number of products in product page" ? Are you talking about "Category Page" or "Product Details Page"?

This issue was checked by VM Vendor support and they are advising to change the template. Do you have any solution / suggestions for this?

4- i still don't understand it. If you upload "Additional Product Picture" to any product, those will be displayed in the product page. Why do you want to change the number of pictures? (if you don't want to display more than, let's say, 5 pictures, then why do you upload more than 5 pictures as "additional pictures"?)... but i suppose i misunderstood you. Please provide me a URL from your website where you want to change things.

5- "Vendor Profile Page" is not styled by CleanMart. It is excluded from our template, because practically nobody uses that page at all. If you look at the CleanMart's product page (or look at he Live Demo), we advertise CleanMart as "CleanMart changes the look&feel of these pages: VM Front-page, VM Categories, VM Product Page, VM Shopping Cart Page"..

But why don't you use "Manufacturer" page instead? Using "Manufacturer" is more popular for this approach. For instance, this page: www.medmantra.com/index.php/estore/manufacturers/manufacturer/medicalmantra list products just fine.

Also, there is a work around, a better way.. create "VM categories" for each Vendor and list Vendor's products in that categories individually (name the category as same as the Vendor's name, and put Vendor Info into Category description field). Or create a Custom HTML Module, put Vender's information into that module and publish it in header position (you need the "Advanced Module Manager" to publish the module in the specific VM category - extensions.joomla.org/extension/advanced-module-manager). Hence, you will get a Vendor Page that list all the products of that particular Vendor, and includes the Vendor's information on top.
