Good morning Srs.
I bought on your site the template mart material
demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/materialmart/
And I applied it on my client's new site
I installed the blank template, as suggested in the installation pdf

It does not have anything like it, everything is different, either in the menus of virtuemart or in the box (modules of the home page).
Not even the shopping cart is in the same place
I want the site just like what I bought, just like I showed my client and he chose.
I already wrote the support email, I did not have an answer and I'm in a hurry to deliver the site

What is wrong?

You must have have forgotten to do something during installation. did you follow the TUTORIAL.PDF ?. Are you sure you installed and activated the “Flexible VM3 Template” plugin?

I do not think they understand why I'm upset.
Look at the demo:

The Change Currency box
And look at the site I'm setting up for my client:
srv226.teste.website/~distribuidorabri/index.php/vm

They are completely different, so I installed the t3 ts that you suggest in the tutorial

If my client's site can be totally the same as your demo, I keep my purchase, otherwise I want to cancel because I feel cheated and my client too.

Hi Miecio,

In your Virtuemart store, you have ZERO category and ZERO products (or you unpublsihed them from the VM frontend page via Virtuemart Component Backend Configurations). Also, i am seeing you published the wrong modules in the sidebar (i.e: the dropdown shopping cart is missing). Without any category, without any product or without the proper VM backend configurations you can't expect things happen by themselves magically. I believe you are newbie to Virtuemart and/or to Joomla.

But that's totally fine. We are here to guide you along the way. Please, fill out the support forum below and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I will add sample categories, sample products, publish the correct modules in the correct module positions, take care the Virtuemart Backend Configurations etc.. in the result, your website will "exactly" look like to MaterialMart Live Demo. After that, you can delete the sample products/categories (that i created) and add yours instead. I believe this is what you asked for, right?

Hi Miecio,

I just completed my work on your website

- I created sample VM products
- I created sample VM categories
- Published modules in the proper joomla module positions
- Took care necessary VM backend configurations

And in the result, your now looks just like our Live Demo.

From this point, you just need to remove the sample data i created and add your own instead.
