Template is not working for me and I would like to uninstall
and leave it as before with normal virtuemart look

That's correct.

In 2 steps, you can uninstall MaterialMart completely.

1- Unpublished the plugin.
2- Rename this folder
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/
to
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart2/

(no need to remove if you want to temporarily uninstall the MaterialMart)
