I would create only a Category without subcategory. If i create only the catagory without any subcategory when i filter by category the site show the following error: You don't have any category. Please add at least one.

What filter are you talking about? MaterialMart doesn't come with any filtering feature. Are you using a 3rd party filtering plugin? Then you should better check with the developers of the plugin. Because this is their plugin and best they can guide you to solve it.

has the same problem. Using MaterialMart and Custom Filter PRO. The admin component filter told me they did not have that message.
