Many thanks for help!

Hi,

Did you manage to solve the "blank page problem"?
Because i am seeing our module is active on your website and there is no blank page error.

I noticed an another problem on your website. Your website has javaScript conflict issue that mess up all the jQuery dependent plugins (including Fancy Product Slider, Fancybox and Virtuemart.. except the SlideShow module, which makes me think, the Slideshow module is guilty for this problem)

You need to resolve this conflict problem, then Fancy Product Slider will start working just fine.

TIP: /mod_slideshowck/ loads an additional jQuery library by this line: /modules/mod_slideshowck/assets/jquery.min.js to your website (even though you already have one, which is from Virtuemart Component). The conflict should be eliminated when you disable that module.

Thank you very much for your quick answer. I figured out that my slideshow was messing up everything. So I disabled it and I have installed another module for the slideshow (in this module I can decide to disable the jquery library, to avoid any conflict). I'm still having some trouble in the product details page.
Furthermore I am trying to put two fancy slider in the homepage, but it causes the blank page. I really don't know what's wrong..Thanks for any other help. Best regards

Hi,

Thousands of different things can cause a white blank page. It is impossible to diagnose the problem. Because it is a "blank", doesn't say anything, no error code, nothing..

by the way, nothing is wrong with loading 2 Fancy Product Slider modules in a single page.
(as the Live DEMO of fancy product slider has 4 modules in the same page for demonstrating the different themes)

What the php_error.log says? The log file must provide a detailed information about the error (at least it will tell the types of error and the PHP file that causes the error)

Additionally, you may try to change the "Error Reporting" parameter to "Development" through Joomla Backend Global Configuration. Then, you may see a "error message" in the front-end instead of a blank homepage.

I managed to solve the conflict, in the productdetails page, (now the vm menu, the slide, the fanbox effect, and the product's additional images, work good). But I'm still having problems on the homepage when I try to put two fancy slide. I know it sounds strange.. but once it was working perfectly. I also know it's hard for you to detect the problem in a blank page, but maybe you already had heard something similar..thank you very much and sorry for bothering.

Hi,

did you do this:
Additionally, you may try to change the "Error Reporting" parameter to "Development" through Joomla Backend Global Configuration. Then, you may see a "error message" in the front-end instead of a blank homepage.

In the worst scenario you can look at the php_error.log file. This file will show the error message for sure.

(every hosting provider stores this file in different location, with some hosting providers you can see the log file only through cPanel. Check your hosting provider's wikiPage to find where that log file is stored)
