Hi,

I 've just purchased the module Fancy product slider, I have already installed and use the simple product slider. Now that I am trying to install the Fancy slider, I get a message that the slider is already installed. I have tried to uninstall the simple product slider first, and install the new module, but nothing changes.

Please advice what to do.

I don't understand what you are saying.
What you meant by "Simple Product Slider" ? What is that?
Our module uses this module (folder) name: mod_vm_flexible_fancy_slider
I am sure it is unique name and no any other module would ever use it. So you should not have received "already installed" message because of the "Simple Product Slider"

If you install the module to your joomla just once, it is enough. You can create multiple modules through "Module Manager". You don't need to install the module twice just to create 2 modules.

Provide me your joomla (super) admin account to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let me do the installation for you.

Looks like, you have bought the the Slider extension below twice.
Product Slider: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/Virtuemart-Extensions/Virtuemart-Flexible-Product-Slider

I know you meant to buy this one instead:
www.flexiblewebdesign.com/Virtuemart-Extensions/Virtuemart-Flexible-Fancy-Product-Slider

This was why you were having "already installed error".
That's fine though.I am changing the product in your last order to Fancy Product Slider
