Hi,

If you are using an early Virtuemart version; then you should update the Dropdown Shopping Cart module/plugin to latest versions as well. This problem won't happen if you use the latest version

We purchased the latest plugin version on 6/20/16 but I now realized the files within the downloaded archive are from 12/4/15. Can you help us acquire the latest version of the plugin? Thank you.

Hi Marc,

The ZIP file that was archived on December 4, 2015 is the latest version, so you have the latest version.

Are you experiencing the same "DELETE NOT WORKING" problem? What is your website URL... let me check.

FYI: Dropdown shopping cart module didn't require much of an update after we release it for VM3; because it was working just fine. But if it starts trowing errors with the latest VM versions; then i will forward this case to our developer team and have them update the module immediately to support the latest VM versions. I need to your website first to be sure our module needs an update though

Thanks for confirming the date on the plugin. Our main issue is the cart dropdown is NOT immediately updated when a product is added to the cart. It only updates after the page reloads. I will email you the site.
