My name is Martin and I am a client of yours.

I have bought the same Virtuemart Drop Down Shopping cart module twice because I want to have two licenses and we liked it the first time we bought it. One for the website www.defiendetufe.com and the other for use it on www.libreriacatolica.org The first was purchased on Order Date: 01. December 2015 and the second on Order Date: 05. December 2015

Because the first one was working very well with the adjustments, redesign and configuration that we did we wanted a second one. We did not install it but simply copied the first to the second site. It looks fine and functions well except for sometimes one or the other won't want to work, maybe it could be an error due to the established licenses for both. When it was on only one site it worked perfectly, which is why we bought two licenses.

We would appreciate it if you told us what to fix or do it for us.

We are very content with the module which is why we bough it twice. We would appreciate it if you could tell us how to fix it so that each one has the correct license or if you can establish it. We do not want to re install the second one because we would have to redo all of the little adjustments and redesigns we had to do with the first module.

For the first site www.defiendetufe.com would be: Order Status: Confirmed
Order Number: 000xxxxx
and for the second site www.libreriacatolica.org would be Order Status: Confirmed
Order Number: 000xxxxx
Please help me to tell me what do I need to do or if you can do it for me or if everything is fine.

hi,

Your problem can't be related to licenses at all. Because as far as i understood, you basically drag-n-drop the files from one site to another, which is perfectly fine. The files are the same, the license has nothing to do with files. They are in the database and each site will stay completely seperated. You don't need to worry in terms of "license"..

The source of the problem must be something else.

What kind of problems/failures you are experiencing exactly? Can you tell more details? Error code? Console error? (screenshots to show the failures would be better)
