Guys, relax. If you look at the forum in general, this topic was the only one left without answered from FlexibleWeb Support Team, and you know why? Because you guys were replying to the same topic and made it like a "discussion". Every reply moves this topic to the top.
Everyday; we start providing support starting from the bottom, from the oldest "unanswered topic" and continue providing solution until we reach the minimum "2-days old unanswered topic". Your topic has never exceeded the "2 days old - unanswered" period so; no support guy has ever paid attention to this topic.
"
hello, anybody there.. common answer me.." kind of replies will make things even worst.. Create a topic, ask your question and request a solution then don't touch it, if you want to modify your question; then edit your initial entry; but luckily today i worked hard and completed all the unanswered topics in the forum and ran into this topic (otherwise i would remain this topic to tomorrow, because the topic says; last response was 1 day old)
So, before saying "shit" words, please take a look at the general behavior in the forum; see how we provide support efficiently in the forum. FYI: We always reserve the right of "support within max 2 business days", it is written in our ToS.
By the way; there is no such thing like "your support period is ending; these are your last days so we stop answering your question on purpose.. common, this is non-sense, i don't even check the records of topic owners, because this means i need to waste 5 min just for this validation. Time is money; I got other bigger things to do instead of thinking those cheap maneuvers.
The funniest thing is; there is another topic that has been "STICKY" to "Dropdown Shopping Cart Forum" category, so i must be getting angry and mad before you do. Why don't you take a look at the sticky topic before creating a topic? This is the rule of thumb in all forum, right? People should look at the sticky topics before creating a new one.
www.flexiblewebdesign.com/forum-virtuemart-drop-down-shopping-cart/2948-thumb-are-missing-or-500-internal-server-problem
but the fix that has been explained in the sticky topic is not even necessary anymore; because this problem has been resolved in a simpler way and i am now providing you the simplest solution ever.
Open this PHP file:
plugins/system/FlexibleVm3cart/FlexibleVm3cart.php
find this line:
if (!class_exists( 'VmConfig' )) require(JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR.'/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/config.php');
and replace it with this:
if (!class_exists( 'VmConfig' )) require(JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR.'/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/config.php');
VmConfig::loadConfig();
that's it. The internal server error will be gone.
TESTED and CONFIRMED.
regards.
