The additional product image thumbnails do not appear in my Clean Mart template on the Browse pages (they do appear in your demo). I have tried both Default and Flexv2 settings. The thumbnails DO appear in the Quick Look pop-ups (however, they are not formatted there as they are in your demo).

Please let me know if I am missing a setting... also (a related question) I would very much like to have additional image thumbnails on Product Details page appear horizontally below the main image if at all possible. Can this be achieved with css or a modification of productdetails / default.php?

Second: You got it right; you would need to do some coding changes in this PHP file:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php

Then you would need some CSS changes as well (to make things better)
Unfortunately i can't provide you any solution/guide about it, because it is a custom modification. Custom changes are beyond our free support.

It occurred to me after I posted that the first change might have had an effect on the Category Browse display (additional images) - so I apologize for not considering that sooner. At any rate I have made some css changes and am very happy with the way all the product pages are looking.

Your Clean Mart template is very good and I will be checking back for any new ones (responsive) that we might buy in the future for other developments. Please keep in mind the idea to have additional images display horizontally (in rows) beneath the main image... since some of our clients' shops have lots of additional images and it would be better in those cases to display in horiz. rows than in one long vertical column.

It is hard to satisfy everybody, i can check the forum or the support/info mail and find you at least hundred requests about "showing thumbnail vertically next to product picture" (for PureMart template).

In CleanMart, we took those requests into account and developed the layout based on vertical direction for additional pictures.

But the 2nd product details page layout, that has been added to CleanMart . The 2nd product details page layout comes with the latest CleanMart version which was released couple days ago, see the DEMO:

the additional pictures are located below the main picture.

But adding "carousel" for the additional thumbnail can be an option.

Beside, It would be nice and useful feature though. This would definitely be considered one of the upcoming CleanMart versions.

I can give you the guarantee that; this is just the beginning of ClenMart. CleanMart will be more and more advanced template with the ongoing updates.Because instead of creating a new one, we always go with "updating and improving the current ones" (i know it, because we have added "many" extra advanced features to PureMart based on the feedbacks since it was firstly launched last year)

Anyway, stay tuned for the CleanMart updates, the carousel feature would be added to additional picture thumbnails. (i hope you are eligible to receive updates though)
