I am afraid you can't have it. Because your update subscription has been expired on October 25.. Which is more than a month ago (We usually provide the link if it is less than a month).. You should upgrade your license via: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/license-upgrade and extend free-update subscription by 6-months more (starting from today)

FYI: Today CleanMart v.30 has been released, which supports Virtuemart 3.0.12 and Joomla 3.4.5. It also includes many coding and performance improvements. I would highly recommend you to get the new version CleanMart v3.9 version if you are ever planing to upgrade Virtuemart and Joomla to latest versions.

Actually your update subscription was expired on November 26 (not on October 26). It was like 7 days ago, so it is negligible. I just reset your download link manually and sent to your email address. (i wouldn't be able to do it if your free-update-subscription was expired on Oct 26).. But be aware, your link will be valid only for 5 days, please download the CleanMart v3.9 within 5 days,

I am glad you didn't attempt to use the coupon code, because coupon codes are valid for products (Templates and Modules) only. But yours is "license upgrade", it is not a product. Coupon codes are also not appropriate to use on "Premium Support Service" as well.

About the license validate problem you are having, please fill out the support-request-form below and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. I need to see your backend to figure out what goes wrong.. Probably you are having a jQuery conflict problem in the backend which prevents the run the "validation" properly (does the browser console throw an error?)
