There is a problem with the new download. It is giving an unzip error. I have attached a screenshot showing what it is giving me. I have redownloaded to make sure it is not a problem with the file. Still same error.

Hi, I have asked latest version! Update to Joomla and VirtueMart stopped this template to work!! Also I tried to install version which I downloaded from my account but then whole template is total messed up. Checkout page is reb blue coloured etc. Please I need latest version!!!

Hi Heidi,

The latest version of CleanMart is v3.9.3.1. If you downloaded the CleanMart via My Account. Then you have the latest version. What is the problem?

FYI: In the new version of CleanMart, the checkout page has been completely re-designed and re-structure to increase the UX. It is now red-blue colored. See the Live Demo of CleanMart via: demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/cleanmart/index.php

If you don't like the red-blue colors, then you can change them via /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/assets/css/flexible.css with couple touches. You just need basic CSS knowledge to make those changes. If you don't know how to modify CSS files, then see this topic: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/forum-virtuemart-2-template-puremart-support/342-using-firebug-for-customization-or-troubleshooting

By the way, do you have the latest version of Virtuemart Component as well? The latest version of Virtuemart Component is VM3.0.12. you should update the VM to latest version as well.

We don't send notification email when we release new version for CleanMart. Bookmark the 1st page of this forum topic, and check occasionally. Actually, unless you update Virtuemart Core, you won't need an update for CleanMart as well.

Before updating the Virtuemart Core component, check this forum topic and see if newest CleanMart version supports that new VM version.

Thank you received the update link.

I have tried updating but get 2 error messages.

When updating the plugin, i get the error below on the front page
License Validate ERROR: Open the Flexible VM3 Template plugin in your Joomla Backend. Fill out the LICENSE VERIFICATION FORM and click VALIDATE button. Then, click the SAVE button to save your changes.

I have no choice but to re install a back up.
Then i change the licence number to the new number and it says content error

Is there something i am missing in regards to updating the plugin and template????

I purchased CleanMart on
Order Date: 22. March 2016
Total: $69.00.

I want to know if there is a new version of CleanMart after this date which supports the latest VirtueMart 3.0.16 + latest Joomla 3.5.1?
If yes, I would like to upgrade.
If no, when the update is planned?
I checked the update notes on the first page of this support topic and it seems that CleanMart supports only Joomla 3.4.x.

Hi PARAG,

The new version of CleanMart (v3.9.5) is currently being tested, and will be out within a week. Can be anytime though, you can add the 1st page of this topic to your Bookmarks and check frequently (the 1st page of this topic will be updated as soon as the new version is released)

The details are not sorted yet, but roughly; the new version will be compatible with VM3.0.16+J3.5.1, includes some minor layout bug-fixings and improvements.

I just re-sent you download link to your email, but then i noticed your free update subscription was expired on Monday, 04 April 2016, so your link won't work. Unfortunately you are not allowed to download the template from our server anymore. FYI: We don't archive the older versions. We keep only the latest version in our servers. So if you are able to download it; it will be the "latest".

You have to upgrade your order via: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/license-upgrade to become re-eligible for free-update for another 6-months (starting from today)
