Do you have the final version of PureMart (v4.0) installed?
I can't see any related order with your username (matjazpintaric2013) you have.

Did you use a different username to purchase PureMart? What is your order-id?

My username for puremart is mobystyle.

My version is 3.6

I use joomla 2.5.11 and vm 2.0.20b.

Can I update? Do I have to make backup before update?

Hi matjazpintaric2013,

You will need to have PureMart V4.0 to run with Virtuemart 2.6
If you have any lower version of PureMart, don't update your Virtuemart to 2.6

Hi,

I assume you have:
- Virtuemart 2.6
- PureMart 4.0

Otherwise, you can't do that.

1- Browse here: www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html and get Public Key and Private Key to use reCaptcha on your website.

2- Navigate to "Joomla Plugins Manager" in your joomla-backend, find this plugin: "Captcha - ReCaptcha" and open it.

3- Copy-paste the Public Key and Private Key you got from Google Website to "Captcha - ReCaptcha" plugin.

4- Navigate to VM Configuration >> Shopfront and enable this option: Use ReCaptcha for recommendation and ask a question

Then you will start seeing the reCaptcha in the "Ask a Question" forms.
