We have a store to sell music in mp3 fomat . puremart bought because advertising to which they refer is that they are "flexible " and we quite like what we saw and how it is puremart in "advertising ," but we are having the following problems:

1. used to sell music download plugin virtuemart recommended by :

extensions.virtuemart.net/products/shipment-for-virtual-products-detail

When we add the template to our store , the download link to arrive at the buyer's email does not arrive. If we disable puremart Store works fine ( the download link in the email arrives ) . We need help with this situation.

We have never tested none of our templates with this extension:
extensions.virtuemart.net/products/shipment-for-virtual-products-detail

(which lets sell digital products through Virtuemart)

But your website will be a good testing experience for our template. i can deeply investigate, find the source of the problem and try to patch it. It will be also beneficial for us too, so we will advertise our products and say "our templates are compatible with Virtual Product Extension".

After deeply investigating, I have found the source of the problem.

The problem is,

1- If the product is added to cart through “product details page”. everything works just fine.
2- If the product is added to cart through “category browse page”, the file doesn’t attached to order.

So, what i have understood, the plugin (Virtuemart Product Plugin) doesn’t get activated on the category browse page. BECAUSE IN OFFICIAL VIRTUEMART, THERE IS NO ADD TO CART BUTTON ON THE CATEGORY BROWSE PAGE. Adding the "add to cart" button to category page is a feature and comes with our Template, therefore it is normal if the plugin (Virtuemart Product Plugin) doesn’t work on category pages. Because the plugin has been developed by taking into account the official virtuemart layout.

The solution:
You have to disable the “add to cart” feature from category browse page. You can do this through “Flexible VM2 Template” plugin by disabling these options:



So in the category browse page, the “add to cart” button will be hidden.
Visitors have to open the “product details page” in order to add the product to cart. Then everything will be just fine
