Hi,

I have a problem with "Ask questions".

1. When I click on a product detail page on the ask question link (Stellen Sie eine Frage zu diesem Produkt) it opens the facebox, but there is no content inside.

2. On the tabs below, the ask question first seems to work. But when I fill out the form and click on send, then it redirects me to a category page - no notification or any othet success message.... Finally even I as a vendor don't get any email or notification that there is a question asked by a customer.

I need some help! Thanks in advance!

I looked at your website more deeply just now. I am seeing this information message in your website:

I believe it says: "Login First". So, basically you should enable this option through VM Backend:



But this is something new. I believe it came with the VM2.0.24c because i have never noticed that option before. I even didn't notice this when i took a screenshot for my 1st post though ;)

I could never solve this issue by myself, because it is wrong translated into German. So it says just to enable recommendations for non-logged in users and not questions.

It is a new thing. That option has started being appeared with 2.0.24c version.

In my opinion, "disabling ask a question from non-logged-in users" doesn't make sense.

By the way; I am sure the German translation will be updated soon as well. But it is weird though, because Virtuemart's official language should have been German ;) since Virtuemart is developed by German developers. Instead the English should have been "translation" though ;)
