im new to puremart and i just bought it. Can anyone explain how to enable smart tab? Because i didint find any info about it in tutuorial. I also noticed, that there is .css file in the package, where should i put it? I also experiencing some layout problems, but lets solve one thing at a time.

Okay, so i eliminated half of my visual problems. I know its due to my template overrides, so i trying as hard as i can. There still some things i wasn't able to achieve so i leave some pictures with my problems. I hope someone will help me. I commented on every picture, what looks bad and whats need to be changed.
If its necessary i can provide super admin account, if someone could look into this.

Okay, so now its clear to me, that smart tabs appear only in Virtuemart Front Page, which im not using, because i want to display sincle article on my website homepage. Is there any workaround? I tried to use module newsflash, but i cant make it to show up only on homepage, which i made as a virtuemart front page. But because of that, my homepage is virtuemart frontpage, the news shows up in every product category.

EDIT: They way smart tab works now, isint the way i need. I have slideshow, which i want to show only in homepage, but if my homepage is set as VM Frontpage, slideshow appears on every single virtuemart category, which isnt the way i need it to be. Same goes for news...

As you might have figured that out. The "TABs" (that comes with our VM Template) only appears on the Virtuemart Frontpage.
Which we used as "Homepage" in the DEMO: demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/puremart/

But the same page can be accessible by entering this URL (which is the ordinary URL for Virtuemart Frontpage)
demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/puremart/index.php?option=com_virtuemart

There is no way to show show TABs in any other pages beside VM Frontpage.

The module confusion problem you are having is one of the common problems in Joomla+Virtuemart (or with Joomla+AnyThing)
If you define a menu item for VM Frontpage and publish a module on it. That module might be seen in all Virtuemart related pages. Because all virtuemart related pages tend to get the same exact itemID as the VM Frontpage (unless they have their own.)

Showing or hiding the module on pages is related to itemId= parameter in the URL. This is why you need to assign the modules to the correct Joomla menu items, because every menu item has its own unique itemID.

For instance, you may wanna show a module only on "Virtuemart product details page" or "only on a certain page" . This is not an easy task to achieve with the default Joomla out of the box. It can be very challenging.

But there are some special 3rd party extensions to achieve that kind of things.

They are all listed in here:

Some of them free, some of them commercial. Pick one that might work for you.

About your all other problems. They all look like a small CSS override issue (that caused by your joomla template) and can be handled by small CSS touches. You should better take a look at this topic for CSS customizations:

thanks for respond. Yes, i figured a lot of things by now. I also managed to assign all virtuemart modules as menu items, so i got a chance to manage everything the way i want. I also Fixed a lot of stuff using firebug, but there some left. Just let me finish some things, before i can go online with my website again and i will post link to my shop and known issues. I hope you'll help to resolve those problems.
