Unfortunately it doesn't work in our case.

We use:
Joomla 2.5.14
VM 2.0.24
Flexible PureMart Template 3.8

According to the JavaScript console it's maybe a jQuery issue.

It must be a jQuery issue. The console shouldn't give any JS error message. Not even a single one.
Provide me your website URL and let me see what that is.

Hi,

I know this Conflict issue. It causes in some yootheme templates.
If you install the old version of "WidgetKit" component, this conflict will shows off.

This problem has absolutely nothing to do with our VM Template. You can temporarly disable our VM Template use the official virtuemart layout, you will see the conflict problems are still exist.

Virtuemart 2.0.xx is not compatible with the widgetkit (i am sure only with the old widgetkit versions)

There are 2 possible solutions:
1- Uninstall the "widgetKit" component from your Joomla
2- Ask support from Yootheme developer.

While asking support from yootheme developers, temporarily disable our template: PureMart, to simplify things.

To temporarily disable our VM Template, through FTP, rename this folder:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/
to
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart2/

(Even though you disable our PureMart and start using official Virtuemart layout, you will keep seeing those 2 Js console errors)
