I updated my VM Version to 2.0.22c and also the latest Puremart Theme.
Now I have the problem, that the "add to cart" popup doesn't appear anymore.

I have no idea what may be the problem.
I need some help, please!

Open: VM Configuration > Templates and make sure Use Fancybox is unchecked :



Open: VM Configuration > Checkout
"Show modal popup upon add to cart" is "checked"

If those are okay in your website and still there is problem, provide me your live URL to let me investigate.

Hi,

"Add to cart" popup shows off if "dockCart" module is disabled.
When it is enabled, the popup doesn't show up anymore. You can test it by yourself by disabling (temporarily) the DockCart.





Since the problem has something to do with DockCart, you should better contact with the support team of DockCart module.

this is what the dock cart developer says, concerning this issue:

"The problem is, that your VM template use the custom price attributes in a different way (changing the entire form when change the selectbox), and the dockcart couldn't connect on the new form's submit event."

What have you changed regarding the submit event? I need to know, so I can make changes for myself, if there are similar issues for other modules, etc.

This doesn't make any sense to me.

For the "Generic child variant" custom field, we have used AJAX loading (the child products should have been loaded through AJAX loading onChange; instead refreshing the entire page). This doesn't actually changing the submit event though. At least it doesn't related to "add to cart" button event, it was about the Generic Child Variant dropdown selection.

Even though i just disabled that AJAX functionality in your website, the problem still persist (as expected). Still don't see the "add to cart modal popup" box.

You should better re-contact the developer of DockCart. At least have them be more specific..
