When a customer isn't logged in yet, he has the possibility to choose a shipping methode. I don't want my customers to choose, but I want Virtuemart to set a shipping methode when the customer is logged in.
So, when the customer hasn't register or hasn't logged in, no button should be showing to choose a shipping methode
When the customer is logged in, then show the (choosing by Virtuemart based on weight) shipping methode.
