Hi, i bought template asymetric + virtuemart. I m working in local. i can't open shipment methods. It works with other template, i.e: beez
I guess that is java issue, but i don't know. Now i m uploading the entire site. Do you know whats going on?

Hi,

What happen when you click the load shipment button? It doesn't load anything? The icon keeps spinning and nothing happens?

Are you using a 3rd party shipment methods? (such as; USPS Shipment or what so ever?)

Are you planing to move your website to a live server soon? Because i need to see your website alive and see your backend to figure out what is going on, but don't worry, there is always a solution. But first, i need to make sure what causes that.

Hi, thanks for your reply. When i click load shipment button it doesn't load anything. The icon image stop loading and don´t get the options and when try to buy I ve been trying with opc enable and disable but no, i haven't this problem with payment method except for a payment plugin that i baought here in argentina that doesn t work, but first off all i need to resolve this issue with the shipment method.

I ll tell you when the site is online

- joomla (super) administrator account,
- FTP account
