still don't know what your asking?

If it is to show discounts to everyone then you must have your discount set to only a shopper group or something similar.
But this has nothing to do with our templates - as far as I can see the template is displaying exactly what you are asking it to..
If it is a question about setting up discounts etc the the VirtueMart forum is the place to ask - we only deal with our extensions..
