The css isn't being called for it

in the head there should be a call like

<l-ink type="text/css" href="/templates/facemakeup/html/com_virtuemart/assets/Flexible/flexible-zoom.css" rel="stylesheet">

all the others are there to the various templates and JS etc but this is missing

have you the latest version of our template?
has this always been missing?
Is this a new site?

try adding it to the head of your template

(check that the file /templates/facemakeup/html/com_virtuemart/assets/Flexible/flexible-zoom.css is there)
