Try putting stock to 0 and having the Notify Me button. Clicking that opens a popup window which just defaults to the website homepage rather than the actual notify page. Turning the template off fixed it.

If it works that way, it means we did it that way in our VM Templae. IT doesn't mean it is broken; but it means, while we were developing template we thought it would be more appropriate way to open this page in the regular page, instead of modal box.

So do you want to open the "notify me" page in a modal popup? Is that what you are looking for? I can provide you the patch to change it.

Opening in a popup is fine, that's better I think as well.

What's broken is that it doesn't open the notify page. It just opens the VM front page.
