Sounds like one your joomla CSS file has this CSS rule:
th {
     vertical-align:bottom;
}

If you provide me the URL of your shopping cart, i would be able to determine which CSS file includes this CSS rule in your website and provide you the solution.

Hi,

Open this CSS file:
ROOT/whole_foods/templates/msf_new_template10/css/template.css

Anywhere in this CSS file, add this CSS rule:
.checkout-content input {
     vertical-align: top;
}
 
.checkout-content fieldset label {
width:auto;
}


Your problem will be solved.
