Yes, i did the tests and the user addresses information don't get SAVED.The URL that user enters the "bill to" address is this:
www.alaconcierge.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=editaddresscart&addrtype=BT&Itemid=99
And this page is also same in original Virtuemart. I noticed that you are using OSEMembership which is a 3rd party membership extension for Joomla. This might be the reason of your issue. Our VM Template is designed work with original settings and components.
First of all, disable our VM Template and see if everything works okay with original Virtuemart.
To disable our VM Template, (the simplest way) change the folder name of
www.alaconcierge.com/templates/yoo_cloud/html/com_virtuemart/
to
www.alaconcierge.com/templates/yoo_cloud/html/com_virtuemart2/
Then you will start using original Virtuemart. If everything works okay with original Virtuemart, then it means, our VM Template is not compatible with OSEMembership. Then you can retrieve your change and make the folder name com_virtuemart2 to com_virtuemart to reactivate our VM Template.
But this time, change this folder name:
www.alaconcierge.com/templates/yoo_cloud/html/com_virtuemart/user/
to
www.alaconcierge.com/templates/yoo_cloud/html/com_virtuemart/user2
and try again.
