I have the 2.0.14 version of the template
terms in checkout page has a little box which has to be ticked, if customer agrees with terms&conditions, but in IE9 nothing happens when you click on that box.

Which prevents facebox to run. I am surprised it only doesn't work in IE9 though, it was supposed to give problems in all browsers.

Your website is loading multiple jQuery libraries in a single page which leads the jQuery conflict. You should eliminate the 2nd one. Because jQuery library must be loaded before ALL js files, (usually at top position, so 17th line is a perfect position to load jQuery which gets loaded by Virtuemart officially, but the second one is being loaded in 297th line, which is absurd. You should eliminate it.)

I have figured out your problem.

The problem was caused because of your RocketTheme template stylization. I am 99% sure if will be the same with official Virtuemart if you completely disable our VM Template.

Actually that "tickbox" was clicked in IE as well, but you just don't see it visually.

Your Joomla Template uses a preg_replace command to transform the ordinary checkbox to something cool and fancy, they call this functionality "Rokcheck". But looks like, this functionality fails to work in IE because it doesn't update the tickbox image as "checked" even though it has checked. You can simply turn off this option from your Joomla Template settings.

You can search google to about "How to disable Rokcheck" and got some answer from RocketTheme support forum about how to disable this option.
