We have upgraded to latest version of your theme and experiencing a few issues with it.

1. terms in checkout page has a little box which has to be ticked, if customer agrees with terms&conditions, but in IE9 nothing happens when you click on that box.

2. When in the cart page I click on register button, it opens modal box with registration fields and its all good, but after filling all the details and clicking on register button it does not go out of the box and displays all the website in that modal box, only in IE9 again.

I can supply you with login details for the backend, just let me know should i send it.

As far as I remember, problems you are saying have been fixed already. But if any of them persists, please let me know.
