i have some problem with fashionmart Pop-ups (ask a question, quick look)

can you look at

I am seeing the URL is correct:
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/żele-uv-kolorowe/classic-line/color-gel---classic-line---5ml-001-do-paznokci/recommend.html?tmpl=component

(the ?tmpl=component is used to load the component section only, without module position, menu etc..)

But the weird thing is; the original URL also doesn't work:
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/żele-uv-kolorowe/classic-line/color-gel---classic-line---5ml-001-do-paznokci/recommend.html
