when i use normal menu i get link like:

and they work fine

when i use Fasionmart category view, and select categoryfashionmart add &Itemid=473 and links don't work

You can't use this form:
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/akryle.html&Itemid=473
it is wrong.

It must be like this:
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/akryle.html?Itemid=473
or
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/akryle.html/?Itemid=473

It is the nature of SEF URL. There must be ? for the 1st one, then you can use & to add more. Something like:
etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty/akryle.html?Itemid=473&second=new&third=another

But, if the SEF URL: /nasze-produkty/akryle.html already includes the itemId in it. (you may not see it right now, because it is SEF URL already, but in the background, there might be a itemID presented for that SEF URL, then putting another one to the end might not change the itemid to 473)

Yes i know it, but the problem is only when i use fashionmart template for styling virtuemart frontpage
like now i enable it etipsy.gpimarketing.nazwa.pl/nasze-produkty.html
when i click on category, fashionmart add &Itemid to the end of the link, and the link don't work

For example when i delete (templates/rt_mynxx/html/com_virtuemart/virtuemart) virtuemart folder
the shop load default virtuemart frontpage, and category links start works.

(and since he hasn't sent me his account credentials yet, i still don't know how to patch for this failure, because this doesn't happen in my local machine or in our Live Demo)

Here is the solution for this problem.

1- open this PHP file:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/virtuemart/default_categories.php

find this line: (line#51)

and replace it with this:
The issue will be gone.
