there is any chance to allow the picture swap passing the mouse over the picture showing a specific category?

More or less like in the flex of clean mart template?

I don't exactly understand what you meant, but i feel that you are asking something that isn't offered in FashionMart Template.
Then my answer would be no. Because this would be considered as "Custom Change" and custom changes are beyond our free support.
